Middle Mile operations were in chaos at the Distribution Center (DC), with inefficient movement of stock to Dark Stores and back.
Mile's WMS automated and improved efficiencies during Inbound processes (Receiving, QA/QC, Sorting, Palletizing, Forklift assignment, PutAway with Expiry Date, Lot & Batch number management). All Outbound processing was optimized, including split pick routes across multiple pickers, zones, areas and lots, Pick Lane Optimizations, Wave picking, Efficient Packing and automated dispatching to the correct vehicles with optimized routes and FILO, LIFO considerations, Pallet planning, Load Optimizations and Load balancing across the entire network.

Operations typically had a 3-day delivery cycle. Needed to manage B2B & B2C customers simultaneously for PreScheduled, OnDemand and Direct Van Sales.
Integration with SAP allowed production line data to push finished goods into Mile for complete Warehouse and LastMile Deliveries orchestration across Kuwait. Operations now cover OnDemand deliveries within a 2-hour SLA. Multiple Warehouses manage movement of stock to B2B & B2C customers simultaneously for PreScheduled, OnDemand and Direct Van Sales Deliveries, including 5 Gallon, PET, Cooler Dispensers, Coupon Books, Empty Bottle Management, Returns and complete CRM management covering a variety of payment types.

Managing peak-hour delivery spikes across 200+ locations while maintaining hot-food promise.
By implementing Mile's AI-driven dispatch engine, Pizza Hut automated the assignment of drivers based on real-time traffic, kitchen prep time, and driver proximity. This ensured that pizzas were picked up exactly when they came out of the oven, drastically reducing wait times and improving customer satisfaction scores.

Inventory inaccuracies leading to stockouts and delayed fulfillment in a fast-fashion environment.
Antex deployed Mile's WMS to gain total visibility over their stock. Real-time syncing between the ERP and warehouse floor meant that every item sold online was guaranteed to be in stock. The mobile picking app guided warehouse staff to the exact bin locations, eliminating search time and picking errors.

Inefficient route planning for middle-mile distribution resulting in high fuel costs and vehicle wear.
Red Bull utilized Mile's advanced route optimization algorithms to plan the most efficient daily routes for their distribution fleet. The system accounted for delivery windows, vehicle capacity, and historical traffic patterns, allowing them to serve more retailers with the same fleet size while significantly cutting carbon emissions.
